- 300g 2 cups self raising flour
- 125g butter softened
- 1 2 cup raw caster sugar
- 200ml thickened cream
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 2 x 400g can pie apples
- 1 tsp powdered cinnamon
- 150g 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla cement
- 2 tbsp milk

- improve icing sugar vanilla and milk in a bowl drizzle icing higher than cake set aside to set serve
