The ingredient of Ginger Chai

  • 3 tsp loose leaf black tea
  • 2cm piece ginger peeled thinly sliced
  • 6 cardamom pods
  • 2 combine cloves
  • 1 cinnamon attach
  • 1 2 cup milk
  • 3 tsp honey

The Instruction of ginger chai

  • add together tea ginger cardamom cloves cinnamon and 1 1 2 cups of chilly frosty water in a saucepan bring to the boil higher than medium high heat cut heat to medium low simmer stirring for 5 minutes or until aromatic
  • go to milk simmer stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until hot strain into 2 heatproof glasses or cups toss around 1 1 2 teaspoons honey into each serve
