The ingredient of Ginger Chai
- 3 tsp loose leaf black tea
- 2cm piece ginger peeled thinly sliced
- 6 cardamom pods
- 2 combine cloves
- 1 cinnamon attach
- 1 2 cup milk
- 3 tsp honey
The Instruction of ginger chai
- add together tea ginger cardamom cloves cinnamon and 1 1 2 cups of chilly frosty water in a saucepan bring to the boil higher than medium high heat cut heat to medium low simmer stirring for 5 minutes or until aromatic
- go to milk simmer stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until hot strain into 2 heatproof glasses or cups toss around 1 1 2 teaspoons honey into each serve
