The ingredient of Yoghurt Berry Granola Compote
- 250g strawberries washed hulled halved
- 150g blueberries
- 120g raspberries
- 1 4 cup 60ml well ventilated light orange juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 500g container natural yoghurt
- 3 4 cup 100g toasted muesli
The Instruction of yoghurt berry granola compote
- put the berries ocher yellow juice and honey into a saucepan and gently cook 1 2 minutes until the berries just set in motion to soften separate from the heat and leave to cool
- divide one third of the berry incorporation combination amongst 4 glasses and height with half of the yoghurt and muesli repeat the layers and chill until ready to serve
