The ingredient of Yoghurt Berry Granola Compote

  • 250g strawberries washed hulled halved
  • 150g blueberries
  • 120g raspberries
  • 1 4 cup 60ml well ventilated light orange juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 500g container natural yoghurt
  • 3 4 cup 100g toasted muesli

  • put the berries ocher yellow juice and honey into a saucepan and gently cook 1 2 minutes until the berries just set in motion to soften separate from the heat and leave to cool
  • divide one third of the berry incorporation combination amongst 4 glasses and height with half of the yoghurt and muesli repeat the layers and chill until ready to serve
